At Columbia
Gymnastics, we have installed a regulation size foam-block training pit
with the following features:

High bar for training giants and bar dismounts. |

Provides a landing zone at one end of our tumble strip. |

Acts as a great training aid for landing vaults. |
| -
Is just plain fun to jump into and swim as well! |
